Its not easy to define beauty in one way, primarily because many people still measure it by confining their vision & by using a point of view that can be compared to a narrow box.
To realize the true meaning, you got to think outside of that box. You ought to promise yourself that you will look in the mirror and find the unique beauty within you. Girls of all kinds can be beautiful: The thin ones, the plus-sized ones, the short ones, the very tall ones, the shy ones, the outgoing ones, the quirky ones, the clumsy ones and the all in between ones.
To be able to get a Healthy body one needs to have a Healthy mind and a sound emotional state of mind.
Healthy minds, emotions as well as a healthy body come in all sizes. Unfortunately fashion is killing womens body image of themselves. Its hard being a girl. There are a lot of body image issues that come up, and I think the best thing we can do for our kids, is to lead them by giving them the best example, as they feel the pressure to have a perfect body and adhere to a norm from a very early stage.
The first step in the journey of self-recognition & acceptance, is acknowledging that you are a human being, not a human body. The scale can only tell you what you weight; not who you are. Self-criticism is not love, and it is certainly not to underestimate. Its a form of hatred.
Start by making choices that are self-caring, be it with your diet, your relationships, and in speaking your loving truth which corresponds in essence with what you want to be doing. You will notice that a person starts to feel good with you because they feel good about themselves. You will soon start seeing their passion and fulfillment.
Second step to achieve self-acceptance is to love yourself no matter what you weightand remember that your body loves you. Your body works really hard to keep you alive. The human body is indeed the best work of art. No one is perfect. Gently accept your humanness. If you keep wishing to be someone else, you waste your time and, most importantly, the person you are.
True beauty is always a combination of who you are as a human being, sticking to your morals, beliefs and principles. Its also important to realize that this unique body that we have, its right here right now; combined with its aches and its pleasures is exactly what we need to be fully human, fully awake and fully alive. Your body is a temple, but only if you treat it as one. The body must be nourished, physically, emotionally and spiritually. We’re spiritually starved in this culture, not only underfed but also undernourished. Remember whatever the message that we give to our bodies whether of irritation or acceptance; is the message to which our bodies will answer to.
There is more wisdom in your body than in your deepest philosophies. Be comfortable with your body, it will thank you!
The final step is to acknowledge that Nobody is perfect. Imperfections are there to stay and are what make us unique.
Reducing your self-worth for a number shown on a scale its not worth it!
You Are Whole Already, Perfect The Way You Are!!!
